Whether too much or too little eating bhi isme involved hai. Also apne body weight and body shape ke liye obsessed hona eating disorder ka patient bna sakti hai. Any age me iske patient ho sakte hai men and women both. But 13 to 17 years ke age me commonly notice kiya gya hai.

Types Of Eating Disorders

Anorexia nervosa – When hm apne weight ke liye bht conscious ho jate hai. And jitna possible ho sake kam karna chahte hai. Because of this hm less food lete hai and jyada exercise karte hai. Bulimia – Ye one of the serious disorder hai. Jab hm apna control lose kar dete hai. And kam time me bht jyada khate hai (binging). Therefore hm extra calories in an unhealthy way gain kar lete hai.  Because of overeating guilt, shame and an intense fear of weight gain hota hai. And hm too much exercise or other methods use karte hai. Iske treatment ke liye doctors se consult jarur karna chahiye.

Binge-eating disorder – Jab hme binge-eating disorder hota hai to hm bht jyada khana khate hai. And hme apne eating pr control nhi raha pata. Even so hme bhook na ho to bhi hm continue eating karte hai. After a binge, hm apne behaviour pr guilty, disgusted or ashamed feel karte hai. But hme kabhi use negatively nhi lena chahiye hai health specialist se consult karna chahiye.

Other Specified Feeding Or Eating Disorder (OSFED)- Jab hamara symptom kisi bhi upar mentioned disorder se match nhi karta vo OSFED ke under me aata hai. After hme examine ke liye doctor and health professionals ke pas jana chahiye. And in sab disorders ka treatment karwana chahiye.

  2. Apne child se Healthy food ke subject pr baat karna chahiye. As well as healthy body ka image feed karna chahiye. Thin and Thick ke concept se children ko door rakhna chahiye.
  3. Healthy khane and rahne ke liye children ko promote karna chahiye.
  4. At last kisi bhi chiz ke liye worry nhi hona chahiye. and doctors ki help lena chahiye.
